FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I do yoga if I am not flexible?
- Yes, yoga is a practise you begin where you are and you create flexibility.
If I have a bad back or knees, or physical difficulties can I do yoga?
- If you have current or past injuries please consult your physician before beginning yoga, once in class please inform your instructor prior to the class of any limitations you may have so modifications may be made for you.
What do I need to bring with me and what do I wear?
- All you need to bring is a yoga mat and a bottle of water, if you do not have a mat we have rental mats ($1.00) and mats for sale ($30.00). We practise yoga barefoot and please wear comfortable clothing that is not too baggy or bulky.
How do I register?
- We accept registrations over the phone and via email, we also reregister existing students from session to session.
If I miss a class can I make it up?
- Yes, the sessions are 10 weeks in length and if you miss a class you may make it up at anytime in any class within the 10 week period.
What is your refund policy?
- St. Albert Yoga Centre has a no cash refund policy. Failure to show for a prepaid class results in loss of moneys. No refunds are given. Classes may be made up at any time during the purchased sessions and cannot be carried over to the next session.
