Hip & Heart Openers
Surrender yourself into poses that will speak to the joints of the body that often hold the most discomfort. While challenging, hip and shoulder openers can be extremely satisfying. Moving from a place of gentleness, we will celebrate sensation and breathe nurturing energy to the places of tension. Empower yourself by discovering poses that alleviate low back pain, relieve hip tension, and stretch the shoulders. Open your heart to the potential of your body through acceptance and appreciation.

Detox Practice
Cleanse your body and mind with a vigorous practice that will leave you refreshed and clear minded. By recognizing the exposure to toxins and their affects – low nutrient diets, sedentary work, and stress – you can appreciate the need to facilitate clean living. Stimulate the circulatory, digestive and lymph systems with conscious movement. Aid natural detoxification through breathwork, twists and inversions. Honor yourself with breath and movement, taking home an awareness of self and your relation to the world.
$20/student, minimum10 students/class (run/cancel by March 28)
